Strategic Human ResourcesConsulting, LLC (2007-Present) — As a sub-contractor, provide support for classification, position management, employee relations, benchmarking, agency surveys, and business process reengineering for a number of projects of varyingduration for Department of Navy, Defense Information Systems Agency(DISA), State Department, Small Business Administration, Health and Human Services, U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of the Interior, U.S. Citizenship and ImmigrationServices and Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation. Well versed in the application of Title 5,United States Code: 5 CFR; and Office of Personnel Management regulations. Responsibilities include writing position descriptions and evaluation statements, advisory onorganizational realignment, making FLSA determinations, assigning Bus Codes and competitive level codes. In addition,provide executive coaching and advise management on appropriate courses of action to achieve optimal position and organizational structure and on the development of accurate position descriptions. Conduct desk audits and apply new classification standards.

Versie founded Strategic Human Resources Consulting, LLC in 2007. Prior to setting up Strategic Human Resources Consulting, LLC, she was already part of the corporate world as a Vice President, Human Resouces and Director, Classification and Compensation. She holds a degree in Business Administration but she has always found fulfillment in helping people reach their fullest potential.

By the time Versie started Strategic HR Consulting, LLC, she already had more than 40 years of HR experience. She was technically retired but she still wanted to be part of the industry that had been so much a part of her life. Versie realized that she still wanted to work because she had a lot of knowledge to impart to other HR professionals. 

Strategic Human Resources, LLC has set itself apart from the competition because of its founder's extensive experience and expertise and has been commended for being attentive and anticipating clients' needs.

That said, Strategic Human Resources Consulting, LLC has positioned itself as an advocate of holistic HR processes.
